Just wanted to make you aware that Mike and Co at the marina are using bicycle locks to secure the gates to each dock.  [Wish I had emojis available here . . .]   This will likely only be a factor on Tuesday nights as the docks will be unlocked during business hours.  I quote Mike’s note here:

1. The gates are secured with bike chains.  The bike chains will be set to the same code on each gate.  The code for this season is 3283.
2. Each day during the season marina staff will open the chains when the marina opens. Gates that are observable by marina staff will be permitted to remain in an unlocked state during normal working hours.  Gates need to be closed when not actively in use, whether they are locked or not.
3. The gates will be locked again at the end of normal working hours.
4. Before and after normal working hours, upon entering or exiting the gates, please be sure to lock the bicycle chain securely behind you. Gates should be closed and in a locked status at all times before and after normal working hours when not actively in use.
5. The security department will be patrolling the gates regularly before and after hours.
6. If you have any issues during normal working hours, please contact the marina office. For after-hours emergencies, the CDO is the POC. The CDO can be reached at 401-862-8378
7. It is the responsibility of all berthing patrons to help ensure the gates are in a locked status.
